Hula-hooping class

with 4 comments

Today I shot pictures of a hula-hooping class. The more creative angles I tried didn’t work and it was further reminding that it would be nice to have a lens wider than a 35 on a non-full frame camera. But I liked this moment and squashed myself low enough on the floor as to not be seen in the mirror.

  1. I feel as if these situations are teases . . . awful awful teases because you come in and you’re like mirrors! woohoo! crazy graphic hula hooping/dancing/movement/etc.! woohoo! and lighting (can be good)! woohoo! and then you get there and you’re like shit man, this kinda blows sometimes, but at least you got a good expression and I can see you ducked down there just a bit :)

  3. Such a great shot Bettina! I think I need to feature this as Photo of the Day on Hooping.org and get other people here to see your work. Gorgeous!
